Stuck sitting on your butt all day in your sedentary job?
If you answered yes, then I have amazing news for you….
You have a single overwhelming advantage when it comes to losing weight. Just one thing that sets you apart from all those people who can exercise over their lunch break.
Seems strange I know, but listen as I explain.
The #1 thing required for super weight loss success is learning how to eat. Nothing else even comes close… Period!
Far too many people place an emphasis on exercise.
But speaking from experience, exercise is a very distant second compared to your diet.
The problem with active people is that they tend to rely solely on their daily movement, but keep right on eating the same old trashy diet. A huge mistake that leads to weight loss stagnation and piss-poor results.
But you have ZERO choice here.
If you have a sedentary job and really have no time to exercise, then you absolutely must focus your attention an mastering your diet. If you do, then you can lose a lot of weight and increase your health very quickly.
So listen up, there are three things you need to focus on…
1. How many meals you eat per day.
2. What you eat and when you eat it.
3. What type of food you eat.
If you follow these three things you will lose weight, avoid stagnation and increase your health, even though you don’t exercise.
Ok. So let’s start with number one.
The bottom line here is that you must force yourself to eat at least 6 times per day. Seven would be better though.
Your meals should be small, just enough to make you feel satisfied. And they should be spread about 2 to 2.5 hours apart. Grazing like this is the single greatest way to explode your metabolism, just behind exercise.
This is why it’s so important for men and women who work a sedentary job.
As for number two.
This refers to the times you consume proteins and carbohydrates.
There are three simple rules here…
– No starchy carbs like bread or pasta for the last two meals of your day.
– Every time you consume starchy carbs you must eat a protein like chicken with them. This limits fat storage.
– Consume green leafy vegetables like spinach and kale for at least three meals per day.
Now there is a bunch of science behind why this works so good, but we don’t have time for that here… so just know that it works outstanding.
Ok. As for the number three rule.
There are two types of food… processed and organic.
Heavily processed foods… basically most everything you find at a normal grocery store… are loaded with additives and preservatives. These chemicals mess-up the hormones in your body and cause excess fat storage and weight loss stagnation.
Your job is to begin eating organic foods.
This will probably take a little bit of a change. But there are no excuses here. Organic foods, for the most part, do not contain the chemicals that are making you fat.
Eating organic really works great for weight loss and health.
And to top it off, if you can eat food in its “whole form” instead of from a box or can, you will tend to get even better results. This means whole fruit, instead of pre-sliced in a can with syrup.
Ok. So those were the three things you need to focus on if you work a sedentary job and have no time to exercise.
You should begin applying them right now so you can lose all the weight you want.
